Hydrogen peroxide - H2O2

Hydrogen peroxide - is an inorganic compound whose molecule consists of two oxygen and two hydrogen atoms - H2O2. It is a colorless liquid (at room temperature). Hydrogen peroxide is a strong oxidizer. Non-flammable substance.
In medicine, a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution is used in various situations, for example, to disinfect wounds. Hydrogen peroxide is colorless, almost odorless, and has a weakly acidic reaction. When it comes into contact with blood, pus, and other organic material, an oxygen atom is released, which destroys bacteria, bleaches, and removes unpleasant odors. It is especially effective in destroying anaerobic microbes found in wounds. When disinfecting a wound, dried blood and pus crusts also dissolve and separate.
The human body is 70-80% water - and water is 89% oxygen (by weight). So oxygen makes up 62-71% of the human body and is therefore the most important and abundant part of the body. 90% of our biological energy comes from oxygen. Oxygen is not only for staying alive, but also for us to have an optimal energy level so that our body functions well and as productively as possible.
For comparison: a person can go without food for weeks, even months, and live for several days without water. But without oxygen we can only live for a few minutes...
