Healing massage

Our bodies like to be touched - sometimes more gently and slowly, sometimes a little harder and deeper. It depends on what is most appropriate at the moment. A nice hug can dispel sadness, while a supportive pat on the shoulder can give courage and strength

Massage is one of the oldest ways to heal and relax the body.

At least 70% of health problems are related to stress and tension. Tension tends to accumulate near acupuncture points, causing disruptions in the movement of blood, lymph and energy.

The goal of a healing massage is to use deeper pressure and massaging along the muscles - massaging both acupuncture points and the meridians that run through our body. By influencing these points and meridians, it is possible to restore disturbed blood, lymph and energy circulation and allow life energy to flow freely along the meridians.

A healing massage helps muscles relax, removes toxins from muscle tissue, and improves blood, lymph, and oxygen circulation, thus promoting healing and restoring balance to the body. Since the body stores emotional tension, it can also release it.

The massage is performed with oil on a naked body on a massage table. Since a healing massage is a deep treatment of the whole body, the client may feel some discomfort during or after the session. After a few days at the latest, you will feel better.

After a healing massage, it is important to drink plenty of clean water, as this helps to eliminate toxins and aids in the process.

Session price 50€

I approach each person individually.

Duration approx. 75-90 min.

After the session, you can receive a full body examination and a cup of tea if you wish.

Knowing that a tiny one square centimeter of skin has three million cells, fifty nerve endings, and ninety centimeters of blood vessels, it is no wonder that touch creates a good feeling and has a strong impact on a person's health, vitality, and overall well-being.

Thus, massage is a natural and effective method for relieving stress. Massage allows you to restore balance to the body; it provides energy and vitality, relieves tension, soothes pain, brings relief to many health problems, and increases a person's resistance to disease.
